The Traditional Grip is applicable in any situation especially when you play all of the Traditional NARD 13 Rudiments vs playing them with the MG which would be more difficult but whatever works is cool.

Everytime i watch keith im in awe. Such a great vibe and feel. Im also thrilled to see how healthy he looks. I met him at a drum seminar in MI about 8 or so yrs ago and he looked like hell. Seriously its an amazing turn around. Kudos Keith on your new found health!
